Sky Blue

Healing, cooling and lilting blue is a gentle hug. Needed when life has become much too busy, sky blue swoops in to open up some windows and let in the fresh air. Peaceful deep breathing, or a familiar song will help reset the tendancies to tighten the shoulders or constrict the throat. Have you been a bit sad lately?
