About My Journey
I have always had a deeply imaginative inner life that overlaps and blends with the patterns and subtleties of the beauty of the natural world. Curiosity is my default state, and continued learning has been a major theme for me in life. Venus being my chart ruler, I am a natural nurturer and enjoy the process of harmonizing my environments both physically and energetically. This drive has led to my collection of training and modalities, as I have focused my career on facilitating the harmonization of others’ subtle fields by holding sacred space for them through healing work. I began my hands on bodywork career in 1997, and with massage therapy as the foundation of my practice, I have fine tuned my approach into the blend of components you see displayed here on my site.
I grew up in Thousand Oaks California, and began my massage therapy and Reiki career there, working with Chiropractors and Acupuncturists throughout Ventura County and San Fernando Valley until 2003. This is when I moved up to Mount Madonna Center for a year, to study and experience yoga, ayurveda, and community life. This opportunity to live, work, and learn in the beautiful Astanga Yoga community was a turning point in my life, and the experience of receiving teachings from Baba Hari Das directly has been absolutely fundamental, coloring the core of my motivations since. After that year up on the mountain, I rejoined “society” holding the codes of Bhakti. I continued offering massage therapy while I studied skin care, and received my Esthetics License in 2006. The blend of modalities led to my spa career as a dual licensed therapist, and expanded my knowledge base even more into holistic skin care products, and herbal healing.
Being a synesthete, or a person who experiences a blending of sensory input, I have had a fascination with color and light therapies since I first was exposed to the idea at about 16 years old. When I found a Color Therapist and teacher in my area, Leslie Sloane of Auracles Colour Therapy, I began my Colour Metaphysics training with her in 2008, and continued on as her assistant until moving to San Diego County in late 2010.
Upon arrival into beautiful San Diego, I joined the world of hospitality as a dual licensed practitioner in Forbes 5 Star resort spas, The Grand Del Mar & Rancho Valencia Resort Spa. During this 11 years I continued to advance my skill set by receiving more herbal medicine training, Manual Lymph Drainage techniques, as well as a step into my crystal healing and Ancient Hellenistic Astrology studies.
My love for Vibrational Healing modalities led me to the formal study of Crystal Healing in 2018. I found a teacher of Taoist Stone Medicine, and was hooked! This pure and ancient tradition from the Jade Purity Lineage, speaks to me on a very deep level, and the soul level transformations that this modality evokes are profound.
Stone medicine, by nature, opens up interdimensional portals of energy and experience, so was very natural for me to use my Reiki Master Attunement in combination with crystal gridwork to offer Remote Healing sessions. Then, once the events of 2020 unfolded, this led to more practice with, and the development of my creation of the Distance Healing sessions that I offer today!
In early 2021 I began my BioGeometry foundational training with Dr. Robert Gilbert of Vesica Institute. This is an incredible energetic modality founded by Egyptian researcher and architect Dr. Ibrahim Karim. These studies are in depth, fascinating and ongoing. In addition to Dr. Gilbert’s BioGeometry course, I’ve advanced and currently continue my studies in Crystal Healing and Vibrational techniques through his programs.
In the fall of 2023, I moved back to my hometown of Thousand Oaks, and am currently offering Luxury Spa Treatments at beautiful Spa Relais located at the Westlake Village Inn.
