Orange Ocean

Juicy, sweet, and sprite, Orange can melt you down and nourish you all at once. There’s a joy here, in the still spaces of sacred connection and the heat of togetherness. Orange reminds us that we are both individual and one with the collective. Water is life, and the water within us mirrors the minerals of the ocean. One must remain fluid with the ever changing tides so not to become brittle with rigidity. Orange frequencies remind us to keep moving, dancing and feeling the emotions and fluctuations that make us spiritual beings in physical form. Emotions are -Energy in Motion- water always moves, and when it doesn’t, we have stagnancies or build up of tissues or emotional patterns that are not useful for where we are in the now moment. Orange points us towards enzymes to flush out metabolic waste from the body, as well as emotional clearings for the mind and soul. Deep and primal, orange energies are zesty, delicious creative fluid motions that swirl and flow through the vortexes of our watery selves to flush us out and make room for the new you to be born.
