Pono means “To Make Right”
In the spirit of Aloha, and traditional Hawaiian teachings, the practice of conflict resolution is a centerpoint of healing. Inner conflict leads to outer conflict, and so we apply forgiveness techniques to our own heart first, and regularly, so that our community life flows with harmony.
Kala- to untie the knot, to free and unbind
Forgiveness unties knots, and allows harmoniousness to lead.
I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love you…
Simple, and profound. Repeat this to yourself for a deep dose of pure forgiveness. Apply this Unconditional Love to yourself, or imagine sending to others who have hurt you. This could be an individual, group, or even a concept or limiting belief that you are ready to release. This is a practice, so apply it like you would a healing balm. Return to this clarity of Heart often, and you’ll see the miracles that unfold when you’re true perceptions and perspectives shift into an authentic Love Vibration. This is Big Medicine!
